Since we began as a crew of three in 2005, IYR Construction has built its reputation on hard work, craftsmanship, and reliability. With decades of experience in demolition, framing, and drywall, our team brings the knowledge and discipline required to execute every project with precision—from the first day on site to the final detail.

Metro Detroit is more than where we work; it’s where we’ve built our company. For more than 20 years, we’ve helped shape the buildings and their businesses that keep the region moving. At IYR Construction, we don’t just build projects—we build relationships, solve problems, and deliver work that stands the test of time for both General Contractors and end-users.
